Welcome to Seabury School's 2012 Auction  website. I hope you will agree that this year’s theme, “The Magic of Learning”, is full of wonderful possibilities from class projects to decorations and, of course, the evening’s attire! 

I hope you will all join me and the rest of the Auction Committee in making this the best auction yet.  We need your help in securing donations, sponsorships and, of course, participation.  Bring your friends, bring your parents, bring associates!

Signing in  

Click on the "Sign In" button in the top navigation bar.  

• If you have already visited and signed in to MaestroWeb, enter your last name and password, and you will be able to donate, add items to your wish list, register and more.
• If you don't recall whether you have previously logged in, click on the "Find existing record" button under the sign in page.  This will guide you through some steps to try to locate your record and will re-send you your password. 
• If you have never been to this website, or are unable to locate a prior record, click create new record and after filling in a short form, you'll be ready to go!  

Sponsorship , Procurement
If you are interested in sponsoring our event, or know of anyone who might be a good candidate, please click here   for further information on our sponsorship levels. There is also a community partner  letter here , which you can use in procurement or sponsorship, or to give you some info to have in your back-pocket if you need.

 

Donate an Item Online - Instructions

• Click the Donate Item link in the top navigation bar, far right
• On the form, complete all applicable fields as indicated
• If you can't find an appropriate one - leave it blank and our auction team will identify it for you
• If you have a specific image you believe to be appropriate for the item, please upload it!  Or, you can feel free to email it to joslynk@seabury.org and we'll take care of it for you. 
• Please indicate whether you are the Donor, or whether you are entering this donation on behalf of someone else. This is critical to make sure that we know who the official donor is, and to make sure you get credit for the referral!
• NOTE: If you are entering for someone else, unfortunately there is no way on the form to double check whether they are already in the system. Our crack team of auction-ites will review and adjust if needed.
• Please enter as much information as possible in the form before submitting so we may contact you if we have any questions
• Once you complete the form, click "Submit Item Information" and you will receive an email confirmation (if you've provided an email)

To Browse the Online Catalog

Click one of the categories on the left hand navigation bar to view the catalog. You can then click the name or image of any item listed to view a larger image and the item details. For your convenience, you can keep track of your favorite items by adding them to your " Wish List" (you can do this by clicking the "Add Item to Wish List" button on the detail page of each item).  You can also email the link to someone else if you think they might be interested!

 

View Your Account
Click the  My Account link in the top navigation bar to view a current list of your donations, to confirm that your personal information is correct, and to request an invitation to the event!
